Notations Funky 80's Scoop Neck Blouse

This vintage blouse by Notations is in great pre owned condition, but does have some minor wear from use ~ no holes, tears, or stains! Super fun purple and blue design all over. It does have (easily removable) shoulder pads - one of them has been safety pinned on. 

Size tag says 18W but it fits a Large / XL best depending on if you like a loose or tighter fit. Lightweight and silky feeling material (no stretch).
