Stainless Steel Gemstone Locket ~ Does Not Open

This super cute stainless steel necklace is in great condition with minimal signs of wear.. the only problem is the locket does not open! It is supposed to be able to open so you can put a photo inside - but it seems to be stuck. Other than that, it's a beautiful piece!

Has colorful gems and a dainty 20" chain.
