Vintage Teddi of California Striped Blouse w/ Tie

This colorful Teddi of California blouse is in good pre owned condition but does have some signs of wear from use. The tag has some makeup stains. Super lightweight material ~ it is completely sheer! Cute little tie in the corner. Size tag is missing but fits a women's large.
